How We Work
We develop advanced absorbent cores — and build finished products around them. Our finished sanitary napkins and diapers are exported globally, often as the first step for partners who later adopt our core technology for their own production.
Molyaré is a dedicated hygiene product OEM partner with a focus on absorbent cores and finished sanitary napkins, baby diapers, and adult diapers. Founded in 2021 as an R&D project under Unitebiz. Our goal: develop advanced absorbent core technology — and then use it to create better finished products.
2021–2022: Core Technology Development
We built our first in-house R&D team, focused entirely on absorbent core innovation. After two years of development, we achieved a breakthrough in ultra-thin, high-efficiency core design.
2023: From Core to Finished Product
We launched CloudS G1 — an ultra-thin absorbent core for sanitary napkins. Key features: lower SAP content, faster absorption, thinner profile. Production began at our own 17,000㎡ ISO 9001-certified core facility.
A core alone doesn’t serve the market. So we also launched our first finished product: the Molyaré ultra-thin sanitary napkin — designed specifically to demonstrate and validate our core technology in real-world use.
2024: Expanding Finished Product Capabilities
We formed a second R&D team — young engineers (post-00s) focused on sanitary napkin development. Using CloudS G1, they created our first ultra-thin pad without a transfer layer. This product quickly gained traction, and we began exporting finished sanitary napkins to international markets.
2025: Market Validation for Both Core and Finished Products
By 2025, leading Chinese manufacturers had adopted CloudS G1 for their own production. Meanwhile, our finished sanitary napkins — built on the same core technology — reached customers across multiple export markets. Today, one core design has been adapted into nearly 10 different sanitary pad configurations.
NOW & NEXT
We continue to expand both capabilities. A new baby diaper R&D team is being formed — to develop both advanced diaper cores and finished diaper products. Phase II facility expansion is in planning to support growing demand for both our core materials and finished hygiene products.
